Boulder tops list of healthiest places to live in U.S.

Boulder, Colo., tops the latest Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index of the healthiest and happiest places to live in the U.S. Huntington, W.Va., is at the bottom of the list of 162 large and midsize cities, created through interviews with 353,000 Americans.
