Cincinnati considers track additions to ease congestion

The location of Cincinnati's proposed Union Terminal train station may depend on a debate over whether to shift freight rail tracks used by CSX, Norfolk Southern and the Indiana and Ohio Railroad. The tracks, which would also carry passenger trains, are highly congested. Adding five miles of track could cost more than $80 million.
