Michigan town might build 2 reservoirs for $17.5M

Officials in Rochester Hills, Mich., will consider two, 3 million-gallon reservoirs for about $17.5 million funded by bonds that would be repaid through water and sewer costs paid by residents. Officials also might enforce an ordinance that mandates automatic lawn-watering systems to be used only during non-peak hours.
