Report: Most companies do not disclose water risks

Major companies in water-related industries fail to adequately disclose financial risks pertaining to water scarcity, according to a new report published by Ceres, a group made up of environmentalists, investors and Swiss Bank UBS. "This report makes clear that companies are not providing investors with the kind of information they need to understand the risks and opportunities posed by water scarcity," said Jack Ehnes, chief executive officer of the California State Teachers' Retirement System.
