Shared work spaces house green startups

Green work spaces are sprouting up in areas such as Brooklyn and TriBeCa in New York and offer eco-minded entrepreneurs a shared office space for their environmental startups. "Of course, if the business can't make a profit, then it's not sustainable," says Jeff Kaplan, founder of New Living. "We have to be profitable, but this is also about sharing resources and ideas."
