Texas officials sue over EPA's GHG-endangerment ruling

Texas Gov. Rick Perry led other state officials in filing a lawsuit in a federal appeals court against the Environmental Protection Agency over its finding that greenhouse gases endanger public health. Texas will also file a petition to have EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson review the declaration. "The EPA's misguided plan paints a big target on the backs of Texas agriculture and energy producers," Perry said.
