Android 4.0 won't reach Motorola phones until late 2012

Motorola Mobility says it will not upgrade its Android-powered smartphones to version 4.0 -- "Ice Cream Sandwich" -- until at least the third quarter, even though Google is in the process of buying the phone-maker. For now, Motorola will limit Android 4.0 installs to its Xoom tablet and non-U.S. versions of the Razr smartphone.
