School cafeteria uses ovens that cook food with steam, air

A Mississippi elementary school is preparing steamed french fries in ovens that combine steam and hot air to cook the food -- and students love them. The new stack ovens, expected to be used in additional schools, prepare most foods served in the school cafeteria. "It makes them look nice and pretty and moist and just much more appealing and healthier because it doesn't take us long and they don't dry out," said cafeteria manager Evelyn Griechen.
