Sea World veterinarians operate on sea lion that was shot

Sea World veterinarians stabilized and operated on a sea lion that was shot and found in distress on a California beach. Officials say it's possible the animal was shot as an act of cruelty or by a fisherman trying to prevent it from stealing his catch. The sea lion's condition is guarded.
