Interview questions about a zombie apocalypse and superpowers help reinforce male-dominated cultures at Silicon Valley firms, writes Vivek Wadhwa, noting that a former Dropbox worker says she was interviewed next to a room called the "Bromance Chamber." Google executive Laszlo Bock said last year that the company determined that oddball interview questions are "a complete waste of time."
