Coalitions form around anti-supersize store ordinance

Sides are forming for and against an ordinance restricting big-box stores in California's Contra Costa County. Wal-Mart, which so far has no California supercenters, says the ordinance directly targets it, while supporters of the ordinance say they don't want the traffic and competition for local retailers from any supersize store.
