Web site allows Wal-Mart's Scott to be candid

Wal-Mart Stores' CEO H. Lee Scott Jr. uses an internal Web site, known as Lee's Garage, to openly answer employee questions, although his tone can sometimes be "biting," as The New York Times describes it. "At Wal-Mart, we communicate very candidly with one another," a Wal-Mart spokeswoman says in response to some of Scott's remarks.
