Developer selected for D.C. mixed-use development

Officials in Washington, D.C., have accepted an offer by Clark Realty Capital to build a $2.5 billion mixed-use project along the Anacostia River. The proposal for the 110-acre site includes a residential component with 30% affordable housing, retail space, a school and a 70-acre waterfront park with room for gardens, memorials and more.
