Survey: Gen X not ready for costs of long-term care

A survey of more than 1,000 Generation Xers born between 1960 and 1980 found 52% were somewhat or entirely unprepared for long-term care and had more immediate financial considerations. The study conducted for America's Health Insurance Plans found about 60% either mistakenly believed their current health plan covered long-term care or didn't know if they had coverage.
