Attorney: Fee award order against EEOC "carries a message"

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission was ordered by a federal judge to pay $4.56 million in legal fees to an Iowa trucking firm. The move comes after the judge dismissed what this article said she described as "a pattern and practice sexual harassment lawsuit" brought on behalf of female drivers for the company. The fee award "carries a message," according to John Mathias Jr., a partner at Jenner & Block.
