Chevron project halts oil deliveries to Kazakh pipeline

A move by Chevron's Kazakh oil venture to stop shipments in the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline could be linked to a dispute over transit fees, Energy Minister Sauat Mynbayev said. "If Chevron does not like the [transit] fees, it is up to Chevron to use the routes it likes better," he said.
