Concrete tester Testwell convicted of falsifying results

A New York court has found concrete testing company Testwell Laboratories and its owner, V. Reddy Kancharla, guilty of charges that the company falsified test results. Testwell has tested concrete mixes for many of the city's projects. Jurors are still debating the charge of enterprise corruption, which can lead to a sentence of up to 25 years in prison.
