Indonesian court rules in favour of Carrefour

An Indonesian court ruled that the local division of France's Carrefour did not violate the country's anti-monopoly laws and said the retailer does not have to sell its stake in a local retailer. "We overturned the case in [favour] of Carrefour as KPPU [Indonesia's anti-monopoly commission] misapplied the anti-monopoly rules [in its decision] against Carrefour," said the presiding judge.
