Nuance extends Dragon product to the Mac environment

The speech-recognition vendor wants to stay ahead of, or at least on pace with, competitors such as Google, and it says its acquisition of MacSpeech, which makes speech-recognition applications for Apple computers, will help its strategy. Nuance's Dragon NaturallySpeaking will now be available to Mac users, and eventually the iPhone user base.
