Push for nuclear reactor construction aims to spur more jobs

President Barack Obama has promised $8.33 billion in federal loan guarantees for the construction of two nuclear reactors in Georgia. He says they will help spur clean-energy job growth, although reactor construction isn't expected to start for more than a year. Republicans support the move and want to expand it to build as many as 100 nuclear plants.
