Stimulus packages get report card; Senate considers jobs bill

The federal government's $862 billion -- not $787 billion -- in stimulus funding got its one-year report card: The combined packages have helped right a sinking economy but have thus far had minimal effect on job creation. Meanwhile, the Senate is considering a new $15 billion jobs bill that offers far less infrastructure funding than the $154 billion version the House approved in December.
