Energy Transfer plans $210M expansion in Texas shale play

Energy Transfer Partners will build a processing plant in Karnes County, Texas, extend its Riche Eagle Ford Mainline pipeline and construct a second facility for natural gas liquids fractionation with Regency Energy Partners as part of its $210 million expansion in Texas. The expansion is a result of "continued robust demand by our customers for additional infrastructure in the Eagle Ford Shale," according to ETP Senior Vice President Brian Beebe.
