Medicare changes are still possible, top Democrat says

The House Budget Committee's Rep. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., said he might back the proposed union of Medicare Parts A and B to cut out waste. Van Hollen said he "would not say 'no' off the cuff to that kind of idea," but he is still wary of any proposal that could include cuts.
