Medicare changes are still possible, top Democrat says

The House Budget Committee's Rep. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., said he might back the proposed union of Medicare Parts A and B to reduce waste in the federal programs. Despite being wary of a plan that could include cuts, Van Hollen said he "would not say 'no' off the cuff to that kind of idea."
