ACA advocates step up outreach to young invincibles

The federal government is sponsoring ads on five national cable-television channels to encourage young people to enroll in a health insurance plan before the March 31 open enrollment deadline. About one-quarter of enrollees in commercial plans under the Affordable Care Act are between the ages of 18 and 34 years old, federal data show.
