Bush: Health care access to top governors' meeting agenda

Expansion of access to health insurance will be a top item on the agenda when the nation's governors gather in Washington next week for their annual meeting, President George W. Bush said. In his weekly radio address, Bush called for "putting politics aside" to work toward finding solutions in improving private health care. He also called for changes to the tax code to provide a standard deduction for those who pay for their own insurance coverage.
