Don't cut advanced classes due to racial disparities

Eliminating advanced classes in central Florida schools because they are dominated by white students is a step in the wrong direction, writes the Orlando Sentinel's Mike Thomas. Instead of keeping top students out of advanced classes, we should be working to help disadvantaged students prepare for those classes, he writes.
