Educators are offered 10 tips to guide 21st-century learning

California-based business IDEO has worked with educators at a Portola Valley, Calif., elementary school to establish a "investigative-learning" curriculum, and Sandy Speicher, an IDEO official, offers educators 10 tips to creating a 21st-century learning experience. Those include cultivating curiosity among students, building on existing student interests and fostering creativity and collaboration.
