Florida educators outline budget woes

Educators responded to a new Florida Association of School Administrators survey with the effects of budget cuts on their districts: less support for students with special needs, limited photocopying and the elimination of AP and summer courses as well as after-school tutoring. More than 230 administrators responded to the survey.
