Survey to ask what teachers think about policies

Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley has launched a statewide 30-minute survey for teachers, principals and administrators to anonymously voice their opinions on policies and practices. "Wouldn't it be nice if the people making the policy and the budget and the other decisions knew what [your] working conditions were and wouldn't it be good if we actually knew how much time you do or don't have to plan education," O'Malley said.
