Unemployment creates challenges for immigration reform

When so many citizens and legal immigrants are out of work, it may be harder to give undocumented immigrants resources to get citizenship, observers say. Some immigration reform measures face opposition from conservatives and labor groups during a time of rising unemployment. Immigration reform would affect the estimated 7 million undocumented workers in the U.S. today.
