Young adults struggle to afford medical care

Young adults without health insurance try to get by using the Internet to diagnose their own illnesses, borrowing prescriptions from friends and stretching out medication supplies for as long as possible. These 20-somethings represent the largest group of uninsured in the U.S. at 13.2 million, and states such as New York are considering or have adopted laws to allow them to stay under their parents' insurance umbrella.
