Qantas plans to pack more seats into its planes

Qantas plans to spend $400 million reconfiguring its airplanes to fit in more seats while reducing the number of its first-class and business-class seats. "The long-term trend for first class has been in decline," Qantas CEO Alan Joyce said. "We think the balance between first, business and premium-economy needed to be readjusted."
