Stimulus money didn't ease nation's jobless problem

President Barack Obama says the $862 billion stimulus program enacted a year ago helped stabilize the economy but didn't ease unemployment. The administration now wants $267 billion to support job-creation efforts. The House has passed a $154 billion jobs bill, while the Senate will vote Monday on a $15 billion package.
