Toronto cheese maker goes green

Ontario's Fifth Town Artisan Cheese company is the continent's first Platinum LEED-certified dairy, writes Naomi Carniol. The company, which began producing handmade goat and sheep's milk cheeses in 2008, uses eight solar panels and a windmill to power its operation.
