Police officers get healthier during wellness study

Researchers at Oregon Health & Science University are studying the effects of a wellness program for police officers and deputies in Washington state and Oregon. Results show officers have improved sleep, diet and fatigue measures and have participated in nutrition, fitness and stress management workshops.
