Translation adds 2 executives; TBWA seeks to replace CCO

Independent agency Translation, led by founder and CEO Steve Stoute, has added two new executives. John Norman is leaving his role as chief creative officer at TBWA\Chiat\Day to serve in the same capacity at Translation, while former Toms Shoes marketing chief Nils Peyron has been named president. TBWA is reportedly replacing Norman with a pair of execs: BBH's David Kolbusz and TBWA Executive Creative Director Stephen Butler.
