Cherryland Dairy plans to bring locally produced cheese to Michigan

A cheese maker from Wisconsin is set to open Cherryland Dairy in Acme Township, Mich., in the fall and market his locally produced cheeses. "There seems to be a pretty good demand for quality, locally produced products," Bart Nielsen said. "People will be able to come in and watch it being made and buy it fresh right over the counter."
