Toy retailers impose tougher supplier standards

Toys "R" Us and Wal-Mart Stores, the largest U.S. toy sellers, have responded to last year's toy recalls by setting stricter standards for their suppliers, such as tougher rules regarding lead content. The companies are hoping to stay ahead of federal standards likely to be established by Congress.
