Congress looks to reintroduce bill to nullify pre-emption ruling

Reps. Henry Waxman, D-Calif., and Frank Pallone, D-N.J., plan to reintroduce a bill that would negate a U.S. Supreme Court decision preventing device makers from being sued for products approved by the FDA. Similar legislation is expected to be introduced in the Senate in coming months.
