School with 11 NBCTs named "School to Watch"

A North Carolina middle school with 11 National Board Certified Teachers has been named a "School to Watch" by the state Department of Public Instruction and the National Forum to Accelerate Middle-Grades Reform. The school scored well in most judging categories and has reached most No Child Left Behind benchmarks. Crestdale Middle School Principal Avery Mitchell said staff has worked hard to guide students academically and socially.
