Senior lawmaker presses for federal client privilege reform

Sen. Arlen Specter, R-Pa., is reintroducing the Attorney-Client Protection Act of 2009. The senior lawmaker, along with the Coalition to Preserve the Attorney-Client Privilege, is pressing U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to support federal agencies' adopting comprehensive attorney-client privilege reform.
