Governors, mayors debate Columbia River bridge project

Debate continues to swirl around the proposed Columbia River bridge project between Portland, Ore., and Vancouver, Wash. Oregon Gov. Ted Kulongoski and Washington state Gov. Chris Gregoire have convened a panel to review the current plans. Meanwhile, Portland Mayor Sam Adams has urged more analysis of the project, which calls for a 10-to-12 lane bridge.
