Survey reports netbook ownership now up to 15%

Fifteen percent of respondents in an annual survey by PriceGrabber.com said they now own a netbook computer, an increase of five percentage points over those who said they owned the devices in the Web site's 2009 study. This year's survey also reported that 65% of respondents said they would put a cap of spending no more than $750 on their next computer.
