Air India wants 27 Dreamliners but may get only 14

The Indian government doesn't seem interested in approving Air India's request for 27 new Boeing 787s. This feature notes that regulators appear keen on granting the go-ahead for just 14 of the Dreamliners. "Dreamliners are a prominent part of our turnaround plan and we want all 27 aircraft to join our fleet," an Air India official said.
