Teacher uses technology to increase student participation

A new Web-based classroom tool, GoSoapBox, is designed to help teachers encourage student participation. In this blog post, middle-school teacher Matt Hurst writes about the benefits of the application, which can be used on any laptop or Web-enabled mobile device. Hurst writes that he uses the application to create multiple-choice quizzes and view results in real time, as well as to conduct student polls.
