Writer rethinks her position on NYC's letter grades

"Julie & Julia" author Julie Powell vowed to eat only in "C" graded eateries when New York City's health department launched a letter-grading system 19 months ago, believing the most authentic dishes would come from hole-in-the-wall eateries. But small restaurants have kept their grades up, and a recent meal at her favorite local "C" spot had her thinking twice.
