Hotel developers eye NYC's Bronx for revitalization

The Andrew Freedman, an upscale boutique hotel in a troubled area in New York City's Bronx, is just one lodging concept that may help revitalize the borough. Marriott will open a Residence Inn in the borough next year, and Empire Hotel Group will pour $10 million into renovating a historic opera house into a 60-room hotel.
