School roof replacement could cost Md. city about $300K

The metal roof atop the Trinity School in Frederick, Md., is beyond repair and needs to be replaced. The city has spent more than $69,000 to have the roof fixed and repainted since 2002, according to city records. The existing roof will be replaced with another metal one, and it is expected to cost about $300,000.
