Bill could boost access to public land used for outdoor sports

Congress is considering a bill that would direct the federal government to spend at least 1.5% of funds from the Land and Water Conservation Fund on projects that improve access to public lands. The bill would encourage recreational activities such as hunting and fishing, Dick Martin writes.
